Portraits of my kids in August were taken in Brittany. It’s a bit of a spoiler alert for the part 3 or our summer (I just published part 1) but nevermind. I’ll give you more details about places and all when I do the blog post. You can see the sunshine and the happy moments. They were among the happy days amidst a really difficult time with the kitten we had adopted. But capturing those moments is what I’m here for: remembering the nice times, the beautiful light, the amazing landscapes, the oysters fished across the bay eaten at the sundown, the laughter:
But there was a day we also try to capture the nice houses of the little village we were staying at that wasn’t that fun. That day we were told that they were probably going to euthanise our cat and we cried the whole day. But I thought it’s also worth capturing because we will remember it that way.
