Portraits of my kids with movie inspiration: April! (catching up …). This movie (it’s a music video actually) you probably won’t recognise… to be honest I didn’t at first. This is a photo I got inspired from when I was doing research on Pinterest. And then I found the video I was sure I was going to love as it’s DJ Shadow and directed by Wong Kar Wai (same director as for the February portraits), it’s really good even though a little dark compared to my own take:
Juste a bit of behind the scenes before I show you the original : I went to the neighbourhood with lily to gather all the camellias that had fallen on the ground. She really didn’t like me for it, had the impression of stealing but hey, there were fallen, it’s more like we were cleaning the neighbours lawn, isn’t it? There were a lot but not enough for the pic so I also bought some other flowers, also for the colours effects.
