Lily: shadow play
Eliott: Flower play

Portraits of August are full on, plenty and many. Of course, we were on holidays and I know the following months will be more scarce (so have the previous ones actually) so I wanted to make the most of it.

As you can already see, I varied the style and the settings. The colours and the places. So here they come, in the order they were taken, with a little bit of background explanation each time (I think it's six of them in total so take a seat back and relax)
(Lily's portraits are mostly vertical, which doesn't fit the blog format very well, but hey... it was the inspiration of the moment!)
First shooting was at Rusakulan and I couldn't resist the heathers. But Lily wasn't into it and in the end it was Eliott who really made the most out of it:

But that wasn't going to be pictures he could use so he asked me to do another shoot when we were in Stockholm (blog post to come up, but we were in Artipelag, a place I talked about before!):

That last one if my very favourite of his lately. I might even print it! The next shoot was with Lily because I couldn't not take that sweater she loved so much:

Yes please, stay weird my little.
And on to the next session: Eliott spent a lot of time skating this summer and Lily wanted to try too. So to document this I took my camera a couple of times :

Like last year, I had to do an apple shoot this year too. We were at Pelle's sister's place a little earlier and she told us there were so much less apples than last year. But the apples i love were already getting red, so lucky!

I had also gathered some wild flowers and made a bouquet. So I couldn't resist taking a little more pics, of course!

And to conclude this long post of August portraits (and do not worry, there won't be any outtake this time!), my favourite of this month, the pictures I took of Lily in Copenhagen in the round tower. There is no need for words, just watch that light falling on her. Magnificent!

And this concludes the portraits for this month. Thank you for baring with me and my delays (and my long posts!).
