Eliott and Lily: beach time

I waited a bit to post the portraits of July since I was late for the ones in June. It was a very quick stay at my dad's in Vendéeet I basically had a mere 15 minutes with each kids. So not many pictures but enough to have memories.
And if you stay until the end of this post, I also played with light and flowers for another five minutes with Lily. Stay tuned!
But first, here is Eliott, always a good poser for me. For once, he isn't very happy with these pictures. I really love them. Also because I took similar ones last year and I can compare. He is still ok to put these pics on my blog though:

Lily is less than keen at the minute. But sometimes, with a bit of convincing, I can get her to give me a few minutes. She is still my muse, but it requires to be very very quick. At least we got to walk to the beach and talk a little. She always comes up with ideas even though she seems totally fed up with me:

Finally, I couldn't not take advantage of the beautiful evening light at my father's place. I went by the roads and cut a lot of wild flowers, made a big bouquet. Then I took the fishing baskets my step mum keeps and Here we go!

Two different sets of pictures. The first ones were really something I don't usually do (meaning overexposed with backlight) but I think for beach photos it goes really well. And I also did a but of a moody shoot with the flowers so my followers don't get totally lost on me!
And as usual, and even with a small shoot, I have plenty of outtakes, if you are not fed up yet:
